Everyone has an area of excellence,you know that one thing that you do really great and you are willing to do it for free because it's so much fun. This is what the most successful people feel and they act accordingly.

With everything within they focus on their core genius and everything else is an after thought, or at least they delegate that work to someone else. This is in direct contrast to the majority of people. They try to do everything and refuse to relinquish control of any the most significant tasks. This leaves very little time
to pursue their destiny.

You must begin to delegate those things that are not directly related to your area of excellence and watch the difference it makes. You will begin to excel rapidly in your calling and the opportunities afforded you will be unlimited.
